The WGG60 series mainframe power supply is a built-in rechargeable lithium battery. The MG series mainframe power supply is an AA (No. 5) rechargeable or alkaline battery. If the frequency of use is high, the WGG60 series is recommended. Conversely, if the frequency of use is low, it is recommended to use the MG series, but please remove the battery at the end of use to protect the instrument host.

Both the GS6-FS and MG6-SA can measure the gloss of facets or curved surfaces with small curvature. The main application scope of MG6-FS is non-metallic materials. MG6-SA is mainly suitable for metal materials. Both measurement windows are 2.0x4.0mm and the measurement spot is 1.5x3.0mm.

Tuning method: Turn on the power, remove the dust cover, and place the measuring port on the black working board. After half a minute, adjust the “Tuning” button so that the displayed value is equal to the black board verification value. Note that the gloss meter mouth must be snapped into the positioning frame of the work board, and the adjusted value is valid. The instrument must be calibrated each time it is turned on. The instrument can be used continuously for more than 48 hours after it is fully charged.
