How to use the Stone gloss meter?

1. Turn on the instrument switch and press the button that needs to test the angle.

2. Calibration: Open the standard plate box, place the bright side of the black glass standard plate on a flat table top, align the "inverted triangle" mark on the center of the instrument with the center of the inner edge of the groove, and adjust the adjustment knob to make the instrument read well The indication is the nominal value of the black glass standard plate (see the corresponding angle data in the standard plate box).

3. For instrument calibration, first turn on the light source to preheat, place the instrument opening in the center of the high-gloss standard plate, and adjust the reading of the instrument to the calibration value of the standard black glass, and then test the low-gloss working standard plate. If the marked values are within one unit, the instrument is ready.

4. Wipe the surface of the test sample with lens paper or a pen-free cloth, and measure the gloss of each stone according to the operation instructions of the Stone gloss meter.
