Operation specifications for feeding, filming and bonding of Multi-angle gloss meter:

1. Feeding: According to the requirements of the slitting plan, in accordance with the driving operation rules, and according to the actual situation, hang the corresponding parent rolls on the aging frame, and place them on the unwinding frame of the slitting machine according to the selected direction of the inside and outside of the corona surface. The control button clamps the steel core and leaves the steel core support arm and driving;

2. Film piercing: When there is no film on the slitting machine, it must be pierced. Use the film threading device and function key of the slitting machine to tie one end of the original film to the threading link eye, and activate the film threading button to make the film evenly distributed on each roller along the direction of the slitting process;

3. Film connection: When there is film on the slitting machine and the reel joint is changed, use the vacuum film connection table to start the film connection table to the working position, manually flatten the film on the pulling roller of the slitter and start the upper vacuum pump to suck the film , make the film evenly adsorbed on the film splicing table, paste the double-sided tape and cut off the excess film under the tape, flatten the film on the unwinding rack and start the lower vacuum pump to make the film flat and adsorb, take off the tape on the paper Layer and smooth the adhesive film, the joints should be neat and wrinkle-free, then turn off the upper and lower vacuum pumps, and open the film connection table to the non-working position.
